Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2019 by CIT Group Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
