Cahill represented Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, and RBS as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.75% Senior Notes due 2019 by D.R. Horton, Inc., one of the largest homebuilding companies in the United States. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
