Cahill represented Citigroup as sole book-runner in connection with the secondary public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NCLH), resulting in gross proceeds of $494,550,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
