Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of IMS Health Incorporated’s credit agreement including the repricing of the €746,908,500 Term B Loan and $1,747,645,000 Term B Loan, a new $315,000,000 Delayed Draw Term A Loan and €133,450,000 Delayed Draw Term A Loan and increasing the revolving multicurrency credit facility to $500,000,000.
