Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and co-managers in connection with the public offering of $425,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Senior Notes 2021 by Graphic Packaging International, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Cahill also represented the underwriters in connection with the sale of 28,000,000 shares of common stock of Graphic Packaging (NYSE: GPK) resulting in gross proceeds of $32,200,000.
